One of my favourite things to try is nail polishes as they come is such a wide variety of colours and in many variations. The only problem I have, is choosing which ones to try first!
When I noticed these on the My Pure website, I was thrilled, but it took me a good half an hour to decide which colours to go for. I opted for this Kaftan nail polish as it had a nice lilac hint to it and looked a really strong, stunning colour. The other thing which appealed to me was the mention of 'chip resistant' which is always a bonus as I often find that the colour starts to chip off after a day or two requiring re-application.
I used this on my toe nails and have to say that I was really impressed with how easy it was to apply. The brush is a lovely size which covers quite a bit of nail in one swipe, meaning that you don't end up with streaks through having to go over. I also found that one application was well enough ...some polishes require two coats. It took around 5 minutes or so to fully dry, but once dried, it had a lovely shine to it which was a bit confusing at first as I thought it was still wet!
I first used this over Christmas and the polish lasted a good 2-3 weeks without chipping. After that, I removed what was left and re-applied. It did take a little bit of persuasion to come off but not as bad as some I've tried.
I would highly recommend this polish as it gives really great colour which is true to the bottle colour and is hard wearing and long lasting ....stunning!
FNUG Natural Nail Polish in Kaftan is available to buy from My Pure and comes in an 8.5ml bottle for £10.80 (RRP £12.00).
Great review as the colour looks different to the one on the site. I absolutely love this colour as I always wear bluey colours. Ive never seen a bluey lilac mix ever it looks gorgeous on you.
